Refund policy

PRODUCT RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order by sending the items by post to the address below. Items must be unused and undamaged, and the package must include a printed order confirmation. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

New Earth will refund the amount paid to the payer’s account within 3 business days from the day the returned items are received. In some cases, the refund process may take up to 14 days.

If you wish to return a product that entitled you to a free gift (e.g. you received a gift for spending a certain amount or purchasing a specific item), you must also return the gift. The gift must be unused and undamaged. If you choose not to return the gift, its value will be deducted from the refunded amount.
